It an article about cyber technology.
As we know that technology rapidly developed.  Of course there are profit and drawbacks.  It can make human duties (tugas - tugas) easier, more effective, and more efficient.
As the article say, I can conclude like this one.

     The prime benefit we can get, is the access of lavish amount of information including long distance learning, discussion forums, mailing lists and also e-news. Beside that, we can get a lot of advantages if we adopt the Internet technology in doing business. Predict the future, implementations (pelaksanaan) of cyber technology may include virtual office, virtual school, and also cybercity. In virtual office, attendance (kehadiran) of the employees is not compulsory (wajib). 
     As I say before, there always profit and drawback, so there are some advice for you guys to face this.

Internet would influence us and replace our idealism. Commonly, people have tendency (kecenderungan) to bad

Since a web site has a lot of advertisements and links, writing down the Internet address might be a good idea. Don’t glance (mudah tertarik) to another link or address
